What if the AI gives the wrong information?
Each agent is trained on your approved knowledge base and workflows. You’ll also be able to monitor transcripts and performance. Updates are easy, you can refine what they know at any time. And unlike a human, they never “go rogue” or guess answers. We keep them on a tight leash.
Will candidates be put off speaking to an AI agent?

Right now VoiBo is tried and tested with Bullhorn, VIncere/Access, and Zoho Recruit. We're working to add more CRMs shortly. Talk to us about which you use. For certain use-cases we can also integrate with aggregators like Idibu or Broadbean. Whatever your setup, lets talk!
What happens if the agent can't answer a question?
It will politely explain it doesn’t have the answer and then take a detailed message and pass it to your team. You can also customise fallback responses so it sounds completely on-brand, even when it’s unsure.
How do I train the agents on my business?
We’ll guide you through a simple onboarding process where you upload your FAQs, workflows, call handling preferences, and CRM access. We can also offer help with tone and scriptwriting if you want to sound extra sharp.
Is this secure? What about GDPR and data handling?
