Our options each have three pricing components;

1. A one-off setup and configuration fee

2. A monthly agent rental fee

3. A fixed, per minute AI call usage charge.

'The Message Taker'

'The Call Router'

£10 per month per user (Min. monthly charge of £200)

A natural progression from The Message Taker, this agent transfers calls intelligently during office hours.

  • - Everything in 'The Message Taker' +

  • - Greets your callers by name (*CRM presence dependent)

  • - Choose when it answers calls (Always / Only missed calls and/or Out-of-Hours calls)

  • - Transfers valuable calls straight to the right person or department

  • - Acts as an effective gate keeper, protecting your team's flow

  • - Know's when to assist directly, or when to transfer, based on your custom logic.

  • - Adds a note to CRM

'Any individual Outbound Agent'

£27 per month, per user. (Min. monthly charge of £400)

Plus a £1,800 one-off setup fee

Call charges of £0.17 per minute.

Just like our two outbound agents, all the VoiBo outbound agents are purchasable separately.

Choose from one of the following outbound agents to get you started cost effectively with VoiBo.

  • - Applicant Agent - Assesses, calls and pre-screens every applicant within 60 seconds of receipt of application

  • - Call Connect Agent - Instantly assesses all applications, then calls the job owner with news of high-quality applicants. Provides a verbal summary and dials for the consultant, on request

  • - Resourcer Agent - Calls all candidates in assigned lists, armed with job details. Generates a list of interested and suitable candidates, then shares with consultant

  • - Dormant Candidate Regenerator (*Launching in September) - Far better results than via text or email.

All agreements are based on a 12-month contract. (Or add 20% to advertised monthly fees for pricing on a rolling monthly basis with no annual commitment.) We will not auto-renew you without your agreement and there is no requirement for advance cancellation. All training and system adjustments after set-up are included (e.g. adding/removing users, adding to knowledge base etc). Fees quoted above are for up to 20 concurrent calls. Additional concurrency is priced at £7 per additional line, per month. Maximum concurrency is 100 per account.
