What if the AI gives the wrong information?

Will candidates be put off speaking to an AI agent?

What happens if the agent can't answer a question?

It will politely explain it doesn’t have the answer and then take a detailed message and pass it to your team. You can also customise fallback responses so it sounds completely on-brand, even when it’s unsure.

How do we train the agents on our business?

We’ll guide you through a simple onboarding process where you upload your FAQs, workflows, call handling preferences, and CRM access. We can also offer help with tone and scriptwriting if you want to sound extra sharp.
